With his refined perspective on Tech House, Tian Karl has successfully entered the scene, claiming No. 4 on Traxsource for four consecutive weeks in 2015. His sensibility to combine heavy hitting drums, nuanced grooves with a distinct 90s feel made him earn a spot in the Top 100 DJs of 2015. His releases on Wow & Moan had remixes done by heavyweights like Russ Yallop and Dale Howard, and has received support from artists such as Sante, Sidney Charles, Stacey Pullen, Alexis Raphael, MJ Cole and Crookers. The London-based producer learned his way around the decks while spending time in his uncle’s studio, which lead him to work with other big names in the industry. Turning the heads of Jamie Jones, Richy Ahmed and Shadow Child, Black Girl / White Girl (Ty & Karin) are the freshest Amsterdam based production duo to come onto the scene. Unconstrained by musical boundaries, the pair merge warm, subby basslines and classic house rhythms with trippy vocal snips and whirring synth melodies - taking the time to craft their refreshing, high-octane take on club music that will undoubtedly become a dancefloor staple. Since emerging on the global club circuit due to standout releases on Roush, Flashmob, Lapsus and Resonance Records, Black Girl / White Girl have blossomed into more experienced producers and DJs who know how to work a dancefloor. With these seminal labels giving them a platform to operate from, they’ve gained support from the biggest in the game, getting a well-deserved push from electronic music strongholds Mixmag and DJ Mag – and the list is ever growing.  Their productions have turned more than a few well-respected heads since the onset of their career, counting Jamie Jones, Richy Ahmed, Santé, wAFF, Detlef, Riva Starr, Paco Osuna, Marco Carola, Shadow Child, Dennis Cruz, Hector Couto, and Sidney Charles among supporters of their music. Things got serious in 2017. While the duo was making their debut on Hector Couto’s Roush imprint, several of their unreleased tracks were causing irreversible damage on the dancefloors at the BPM Festival 2017, and in the sets of Santé & Sidney Charles, Max Chapman, Yousef and Citizenn.  Their ‘Red Giant EP’, released in April 2017 on New Violence Records, has been a hit on Beatport and was rated with an 8.5 in DJ Mag, dubbing it a “mainroom crowd pleaser”. Yet again proving their unique sound, title track “Red Giant” invaded the charts and made its way into the record bags of DJs around the world. Keeping the fire burning with another successful release, ‘Tales Of Light’, their debut EP on Max Chapman’s Resonance Records, was championed by the likes of Claude VonStroke, Leftwing & Kody, Latmun, M.A.N.D.Y., Mat.Joe, Monki (BBC R1) and many more. With more new material sure to keep up the hype, the rapidly ascending production duo’s stock is certainly set to rise higher. It’s fair to say that Black Girl / White Girl are primed and ready to explode. You just can’t escape the feeling that they’re quickly becoming firm favourites in the international house scene.

Hector Couto's Roush imprint welcomes back Oblack founders Los Pastores for their first solo EP this May, armed with a trio of bubbling, percussive cuts. Nacho and Snna aka Los Pastores are no strangers to Roush having touched down on the label back in 2015 with a collaborative EP alongside Parisian talent Julien Sandre, and more recently on the labels recent On & On BPM sampler. The duo's distinguishable blend of smooth, rolling house has seen them grace the decks of some of the worlds finest clubs including Watergate (Berlin) and Sankeys (Ibiza) whilst gaining the support of industry heavyweights Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice, Luciano and more, and this latest offering is a great example of just why the Spanish duo continue to impress release after release. First up is title cut 'Marwin Play' which instantly goes to work by laying down a series of skipping percussion patterns and chopped up vocal shots over a heady grooveline to reveal an energy driven opener, before 'Shelter In Heaven' utilises well programmed organic drum patterns and whirling sonics in order to keep the energy high and the dancefloor moving. 'What Swat' rounds things up in fine style, employing yet another series of refined drum licks accompanied by driving low ends, subtle pops and clicks, and bright rave influenced stabs. With yet another package that oozes quality throughout, it's certainly easy to see why both Roush and its peers are thriving at present. Los Pastores 'Marwin Play' is out on Roush on 15th May 2017.

Roush warmly invites back to Jamie Trench with Take A Peek' EP that follows our winning formula: two original mixes and two remixes. The UK producer has developed a characteristic vibrant groove and hard percussion that you´ll find in Take a Peek and It Never Stops. On the remixing side we gathered two of the strongest figures in the French underground scene: Chris Carrier and Mr KS, The first name shouln´t need to be introduced as long as he has been developing a monstrously huge catalogue during the past decades. He is guilty of the reinterpretation of It Never Stops adding muscle to the bassline and providing the track with a hypnotic sound, perfect to rise any club temperature. Mr KS is a talented producer part of the new wave of young artists who are setting fire again the French clubs. That synth based striking chord will really blow your ears, but if you don´t trust us, you just need to take a peek!

London based DJ / Producer DeMarzo touches down on Hector Couto's Roush label in late February, armed with three tough, club ready productions. Following a year which welcomed releases on labels including VIVa LIMITED, ElRow Music and Kittball, Marcus Wormald aka DeMarzo has gone on to establish himself as one of the most exciting emerging producers within the world of Tech House. Having made his production debut just over 4 years ago, the UK talent has seen his stock rise dramatically in recent months, with sets at Elrow's Opening party at Space Ibiza alongside appearances at Sonar's OFF Week making up just a few of his 2016 highlights. To kick off the New Year, Wormald now turns his attention to Hector Couto's Roush imprint and delivers three fresh productions oozing with energy from the first minute. Lead cut 'Aliens Exist' kicks things off in fine style and lays the foundations for the rest of the EP with a mixture of punchy kicks, shuffling percussion laid on top of rumbling low ends, whilst 'Hang Man' reveals a menacing and wicked 303 line that emerges from intricate and delicate percussion. Concluding the EP, 'Loft' returns to the tougher aesthetic established earlier, with a medley of glitches and whirrs combining with rave-influenced stabs to uncover a production aimed firmly at the dancefloor, concluding yet another impressive EP from DeMarzo and picking up right where he left off in 2016. DeMarzo 'Aliens Exist' is out on Roush on 27th February 2017.

Title track 'Rollin Hard' opens up the release with a selection of tough percussive patterns and a rolling groove that features subtle vocal nuances throughout, before Roush boss Hector Couto provides his energy fuelled interpretation of the production, upping the tempo with a series of swirling synth leads and infectious drum rolls. Next up, third track 'Tough Detroit' incorporates shuffling hats, engaging rhythm and punchy bass drums to reveal a bubbling club ready cut. 'Cheatday' firmly lays the focus on organic percussive elements throughout its seven-minute duration with a darker yet slick groove typical of the Germans deep and driving style, whilst the lighter 'Cosmic Girl' utilises softer, playful tones reinforced by a thundering 4/4 pattern to switch up the aesthetic. To round out the EP, 'Fat Toni' builds from a series of low-slung grooves and sub bass tones to reveal a straight up production aimed at the peak time.

Roush heralds the release of the undeniably favorable EP "House Cuts" by Alessio Collina. The EP features three memorable and up-beat tracks that are sure to keep anyone moving. Hailing from Cervia, Italy, Alessio Collina kick-started his musical journey at the tender age of 13, perfecting his craft at home. Collaborations with his brother Matteo Collina producing minimal techno tracks nurtured his profession. Alessio's extensive background and pure talent led to the creation of riveting tracks on this EP like "Dance This Tool," which infuses a splendorous influence from Chicago house, Disco 6 Funky. It's sure to be this year's best House tune. "Much Love" and "I Like It" embody the deep, sensational vibes of pure house music. Even those adjectives are insufficient to describe the passion that seeps through this EP. Collina is reinventing House for the future. Alessio's unique background undoubtedly contributed to him landing a deal with Roush, with his ability to ignite our dancing shoes. Alongside his brother Mateo, they began an impressively successful record label, Trend Records, paving the way for Alessio to eventually reach Top 10 on the World Music Chart, and top charts in Italy and abroad. Alessio is one of Italy's frequent topics of conversation, and in time will unquestionably make a name for himself.

Roush returns with another slammer of a release with "IN2". The label tributes the ever popular "Tech House" genre with 4 unique tracks from the artist "Truth Be Told" that also includes a remix from Raffa FL. Truth Be Told hit the scene when their debut EP received notable support from Richie Hawtin and was spun at some of the worlds top clubs and festivals. After this recognition and countless releases they join the Roush roster. The release kicks off with the title track "IN2" which is nothing short of banger beats. The kick pounds through the speakers and doesn't really ever stop. The breakdown also contains a nice subtle kick that keeps anyone dancing while listening to a jazzy synth that kicks right back into the dancing vibes. To continue the vibe of the EP, Truth Be Told provide you two other slammers in "Keep Up" and "We Can't". You only get a second to breathe from the solid beats proving once again why Truth Be Told produces tracks that will guarantee to keep you moving all night long. The EP closes with a remix from RAFFA FL based in Milan, Italy. After spending his youth learning to understand and perform music, a natural progression to DJ'ing came at the tender age of just 14. He scales back the original to more "Deep House" vibe that complements the original well. A couple of short sirens and synths make this one a great starter or middle track to your set. In the past few Years, Raffa has released on Labels like Avotre, Lost Records, Definition:Music, OFF Recordings, Material which has helped him to get his name all around the Worldwide House Music Scene and a huge reason why ROUSH now has the artist on board for this EP. Nothing but love and beats from Roush once again.

Roush is back with another heart pumping release in "So Different". Featuring material from "The Neverdogs", the release is a powerful ode to Deep House that also features two remixes from Mennie and Davide Zeta. The EP kicks off with the original that takes the name of the entire release. "So Different" is a groovy deep house tune that will have your hips and body going side to side. The vocals for the tune feature famous samples stating exactly what you are listening to, DIFFERENT HOUSE. To continue the "So Different" vibe, the label enlists the remix services of Mennie. Mennie's remix is a much more chill tune that works perfectly at the start of any set. When you think of nightclubs like Beta or even clubs in Ibiza and throughout South America, the tune is a great one for the start of what can be a memorable night to be. There's more than just "So Different"

Roush Label is back with a new release aimed at paying tribute to the world's best cities for Techno and House. "A New Journey" is an EP from the artist Flashmob that will take you through the City of Detroit, Berlin and Rotterdam, three of the world's top destinations for Techno and House. Flashmob is no stranger to recognition. With 4 years in the game, the artist has received recognition from Annie Mac, Heidi and Skream on BBC Radio One, Disclosure, Dusky, Eats Everything, DJ W!ld, Tiga, Groove Armada and many more and the new EP will surely be played throughout various nightclubs and cities worldwide. The EP kicks off with City of Detroit. Right after the conclusion of the Movement Festival, this new tune makes you want to go back immediately to the city that has consistently revolutionized the sound. The tune starts off with a powerful kick and smooth bassline that then brings in a vocal that would make every Detroit citizen pleased. From the breakdown, you get what you expect from Flashmob, a build that keeps you moving and putting your hands in the air. When the beat drops, there is no-one left not dancing. To top it off, the EP also contains a remix from Kalyde, an artist recently being featured on DJ Mag and for good reason, his remix takes the original to a new dimension that keeps the groove going for either an opening or ending set. Rock Only Berlin and Rotterdam are two of the other tunes that show the diversity of the producer. Rock Only Berlin does truly rock the crowd without ever using an electric guitar or the typical rock sound. It is a straight up Tech House banger that will get the entire floor pumping. Rotterdam follows it up with a smooth head boppin' tune that goes into a breakdown that artists such as Josh Wink or Steve Bug would gladly display in their sets. Providing top notch Tech House and Techno, the EP is a solid purchase for anyone looking to diversify their set and bring the sounds of Europe and Detroit into their cities.

Next up on the gold standard tech house imprint that is Roush, comes label boss himself, Hector Couto. On the Parental Advisory EP, the influential Spaniard has readied four cuts of to-the-point club music that cannot fail to make its mark.  Hector is one of the most respected artists around with a truly global allure for his brand of house music. He has released on labels such as Defected, Moon Harbour, Hot Creations and Get Physical and is no stranger to the finest DJ booths in the world, from Ministry of Sound to Amnesia Ibiza. As such any new music from him warrants deserved excitement.  Proving that once more is excellent opener ‘Like This,’ a wobbly tech house tune that is full of electronic funk. It has great vocals, swollen bass and siren like synths that really get under your skin and demand you dance. Title track ‘Parental Advisory’ is a real party starter with wild vocals and jittery drums. Off kilter synth stabs and fat bass all make it a hugely fun and characterful tune that is sure to stand out in any set.  Moving on to the essential ‘Old Roots’, this one comes laden with retro breakbeats and a dusty sense of groove. Air horns and crisp hi hats all get stitched into the loopy groove and pull you deeper and deeper in with each rotation. Lastly, ‘Bubble Gum’ comes with a snaking bassline that is tough and rugged. Classic 909 pops and clicks pepper the groove, as do plenty of sweet vocal samples and the result is one hell of a tech tune that sounds like little else.  This is another masterclass in effective, emotive dance music and it marks another fine release for both label and artist.

For its 30th release, the excellent Roush label enlists the services of a big hitting house star. That man is French artist DJ W!ld, who serves up some typically infectious tracks as well as getting remixed by Dutch techno titan Steve Rachmad.  DJ W!ild, of course, has released countless seminal EPs and LPs on his own labels W and Catwash as well as those like Robsoul. He has also been resident at Ibiza’s leading club, DC10, DJs around the world, and his last album was yet another great evolution in his sound. A real master of the dance floor as a DJ, he is just as able to command audiences with his own productions.  Opening up the account is ‘All Night Long,’ which is a sensuous mid tempo groove with expertly loopy drums really pulling you in deep. Snaking late night synths slowly rise up through the mix to add a tripped out feel, and it is another classic W!ld track as a result. The impactful ‘Just In Time’ is a more direct and immediate cut with buffed metal hi hats brushing up with stiff claps and rubber kicks. Catchy and effortless in its groove and with a funked up, party starting and trumpet laced breakdown, it is a fine example of achieving a lot with a little.  The remix comes couresty of long standing techno heavyweight, Steve Rachmad, someone who has been putting out seminal tracks and LPs on labels like 100% Pure, Roush, Be As One and many others since the 90s. His standout remix is a more unhinged and manic cut with wild loops, punchy drums and techno leaning percussion all working you into a lather.  The tantalising ‘Heart Break’ from DJ W!ld then slips down into a seductive and perfectly crafted tech groove once more. It is pure dance floor tackle that is embellished with subtle effects and filters to really make it jump out of the speakers and into your brain. Buy the EP digitally and you will also be treated to two more cuts, ‘1,2,3’ and a dub version of ‘Just In Time’ that will both keep dance floors marching to W!ld’s masterful beats.  This is a fulsome package that offers high grade DJ weaponry that cannot fail to win over any crowd.

Up our next release is a man that needs no introduction: Sven Tasnadi. Having remixed some of our tracks, now it´s time to introduce himself with a solo EP. “Keep on” is our 27th release, including four chunky house tracks, some more acid, other more minimalistic but all of them driven by fat basslines and a clear dancefloor approach. Specially check out the groovy “Filter Phil” with those smooth vocals by Gjeazon. But we don´t want to bother you with words, the music will speak for itself!

The well-known duo Los Pastores are next in our release list with Surfaced EP, but they ain´t alone. They have joined forces with Julien Sandre to come up with three infectious groovy cuts fulfilled with that characteristic minimal-use of vocal samples. It is amazing how they combine them with tribal induced percussion creating perfect ups and downs within the tracks. “One More Time” it´s maybe the more atmospheric side approach on this release and it has been the chosen one by the acclaimed Dutch talent ONNO to remix endowing it with proper muscle to transform it into a perfect drama killah!

Roush sure has cooked up a fine array of names to put together their latest EP, a firing house package from Hector Moralez featuring the legendary DJ Sneak and contemporary Ibiza based star Tuccillo. California producer and DJ Hector Moralez has worked his way up through the ranks and is now a global house star. Hes worked in record stores, collected vinyl and has loved everything from latin to soul to funk all his life, releasing Eps and albums on Music For Freaks, Robsoul, Apollonia (with Chris Carrier) and more besides. His sound knows no boundaries and here comes in fresh house form.Scrambled Rhythms is a perfectly loop cut with nebulous synth lines twitching and sparking about with rinsed out drums and a muted acid line. A reverb rich vocal adds a human element but really this is a physical, booty shaking house cut aimed surely at the floor. The infectious Ten 30 One 33 is a more subdued cut that bounces along a deep down groove with air hi hats and a bobbing bassline that really gets under your skin. Simple but effective club music with rainy melodies, its another great effort. The first remix is by Visionquest and 2020 Vision associate Tucillo, who has been churning out chart topping tech for a while now. His refreshing take on Scrambled Rhythms is busier and more textured than the original. The track ducks and dives with smeary synth stabs and party starting vocals all buried within the groove. Then it is to Im A House Gangster label boss and Chi town house hero DJ Sneak. He flips Ten 30 One 33 into a busy, no messing jackathon with restless percussion and snappy drums all demanding you dance. This is a fulsome house package with four different cuts all equally likely to make their mark on the house community.

We are all aware of what the German scene has brought to electronic music, so for our next release we wanted a bit of their touch. Zohki is the main character for Colossal, a three original track EP, two deeper cuts by himself and a rough one beside ORTIS. Then prepare yourself for the three remixes we had for you. Ninetoes handles Ruff Granny creating an absolute dancefloor firestarter, And continuing with this floor-shaking path, Max Chapman reviews Zechen transforming it into a powerfull and energetic tool. To completed the EP, Yousef make an underground rework of GTFO.

From it´s operation base in Ibiza, Vidal Rodriguez delights us all with This and That EP including Got it, a great solo track created to inflict damage in the most demanding dancefloors, and a second track called Develop Myself with his friend Toni Moreno, a perfect sexy progression that really justifies its title.
